For the five years, Initiative For Africa has been empowering actors of change, leaders, development institutions, researchers, corporations, decision-makers, foundations and citizens to support the emergence of a strong African private sector, creator of value and driver of sustainable growth.
Our action is based on capacity building, partnerships and public policy dialogue.
Since the foundation of IFA, our various private sector support, training and incubation programmes have already helped more than 2,000 micro-entrepreneurs, SMEs and VSEs in sub-Saharan Africa.
Committed to institutional advocacy, our organisation regularly provides decision-makers, governments and institutions with field expertise in improving public policies, particularly in relation with growth entrepreneurship in Africa.
We draw our motivation from the resilience and talent of Africa’s youth, from Dakar to Kampala, from Gaborone to Abidjan, from Cairo to Kigali. We believe in the potential of this generation of all possibilities. Above all, we believe in the power of virtuous solutions, positive initiatives carried from the bottom up.
We are optimists in action, doers. Our ambition is unequivocal: catalysing transformative energies to invest in strong, sustainable and prosperous communities and nations.
