The private sector and entrepreneurs are at the center of wealth creation and economic resilience and prosperity of Africa. In some countries, over 90 percent of jobs are provided by MSMEs and entrepreneurs. Their role is central in advancing innovation, providing income, jobs, critical goods, public revenues and services to enhance people’s lives and help them escape poverty

But we are convinced that the development of a strong, innovative, resilient and wealth-creating private sector is not only a vehicle for employment or poverty reduction. It is also the means to take the prosperity of the African continent to its next stage, including through value chains, scaling up and the creation of industrial ecosystems.

Our work consists in stimulating entrepreneurship, especially growth entrepreneurship, through different programs of vocational training, skills development, mentorship, ressources provision, expertise and support to business incubators.
